Patrick Heffron has more than 20 years of technology leadership with an expertise in both operations and finance. He has a proven track record of advancing startups as well as energizing and transforming established businesses to achieve their objectives.
Patrick is currently the COO and CFO for several technology startups. He is also a facilitator in the Entrepreneurship Programs with MaRS, a mentor with York University’s entrepreneurial programs, and teaches Entrepreneurship at Seneca College.
Prior to his current activities, Patrick was the COO of Wysdom.AI where he helped lead the company’s growth in their digital customer care solution. Prior to this, Patrick was the COO and CFO for Esna Technologies where he helped achieve the successful exit of this unified communication and collaboration company. After the acquisition, he helped lead the integration activities and the “intrapreneurship” of Zang, a startup within the company. Prior to joining Esna, Patrick was the COO of Clickfree, a global leader in consumer backup solutions. During his tenure, the company achieved the #1 ranking in the Deloitte Fast-50, as the fastest growing technology company in Canada. Before Clickfree, Patrick held executive operations and finance roles at Bell Canada and IBM.
As an experienced COO and CFO, Patrick can help you execute on your business success in a variety of ways. You can engage Patrick for individual activities on a project basis or to act as your COO and/or CFO on a consistent part-time (“fractional”) basis, adapting with your requirements as needed.
